Consult Call
We’ll either setup a free consult call with you to discuss how your moving plans in detail and we can help, or setup a face-to-face home visit if you have selected our Signature Package.

Unpack
We will unpack your boxes for you in your new home. We typically always unpack the kitchen as part of our service and other rooms based on the service level you have selected (see below for service level descriptions).

Organise and Stage
We will place your belongings in the correct cupboards, on shelves, in wardrobes and around the house as required. We will ensure systems are streamlined, functional and are arranged for maximum impact.

Essentials Unpack
Our most streamlined service where one organiser unpacks and organises your kitchen, main bathroom and makes the bed for your first night.

30-minute consult call (free)
Space plan (on the day)
Wipe down surfaces
Unpack kitchen boxes
Unpack bathroom boxes
Organise and arrange kitchen and bathroom items
Apply labels (as required)
Make up main bed
Please note that all furniture must be in situ before we unpack your belongings
Standard Unpack
Our standard service where two organisers unpack and organise your kitchen, main bathroom and makes the bed, plus unpack 2 other rooms, ready for your first night.
1 day, 2 organisers

Space plan (on the day)
Wipe down surfaces
Unpack kitchen boxes
Unpack main bathroom boxes
Unpack boxes for 2 other rooms
Organise and arrange items in kitchen, bathroom and 2 other rooms
Provide storage containers as required (billed as an expense)
Apply labels (as required)
Make up main bed
Remove of packing waste
Please note that all furniture must be in situ before we unpack your belongings
Signature Unpack
Our top-tier, stress-free option where a team of organisers unpack, organise, and stage all of your belongings in your entire home, ready for your first night.
