Our process.

We will conduct an audit of your home first, using our expertise to understand what needs updating and why to achieve maximum viewings and sale value. We will provide a set of written recommendations on how best to improve your home and the cost and time involved. Based on what is agreed, we will declutter and organise to maximise space and appeal, move furniture around to optimise flow and update soft furnishings, art and lighting to give a fresh perspective.

    Step 1: Consultation Call

    It’s important we learn as much as we can about you before we start working together. This includes your goals, your home context, your situation, deadline and budget. To do this, we will setup a free 30-minute Consultation Call with you, ideally over Zoom, so we can not only meet but you can also show us which areas you want to focus on. We will also talk through our process and next steps in more detail.

    Outcome: a clear understanding of what you want to achieve and how we can help.

    Step 2: Style Review

    We will visit your home so you can walk us through each room that you want us to restyle. We will ask how you use the space today, what you do and do not like about each space and your goals. We will take photos/videos and measurements of each space. We will use this data to prepare a personalised report on what furniture could be moved, adjusted or removed and which accessories, products or containers would work best in this new layout.

    Outcome: An understanding of your current setup in order to be able to come up with a personalised report and recommendations.

    Step 3: Restyle & Stage

    We will come to your home to move, adjust or remove your existing furniture and accessories, based on our recommendations. We will also source new accessories, products and containers for each space and 'stage' these in your new layout. You are welcome to be part of this process, or step away and come back at the end of the day to see the results and provide feedback. Based on your feedback, we can adjust the items if required up to the maximum amount of hours included in your package.

    Outcome: Rearrangement and staging of your existing furniture, accessories and containers to create more space, balance and comfort.

  • Restyled sitting room

    Redecorate (optional)

    If you choose our Restyle & Refresh Package, we will not only restyle and stage your rooms but we will also manage any 3rd party decorators to repaint your home. We recommend editing and staging your home first before repainting it.

    Outcome: Updated and redecorated rooms.

  • Adjusting the way a picture is hung on wall

    Maintain (optional)

    If you want to keep your home looking organised at all times we can revisit your home every week, month, quarter or once a year to help keep it organised and tidy. This might involve tidying items away where we know they belong, organising any new items you may have bought and source new products and containers as needed.

    Outcome: A home that is continuously ordered, maintained and tidy.

We provide 3 packages and one subscription service.

This is a great package for people with a small home who want to optimise the layout of their existing furniture and accessories and add some new furniture, accessories and products to make it feel more spacious, comfortable and welcoming. This package includes a 2-hour style review, a personalised restyle report, personalised accessory and product recommendations, shopping support and 2 x 6-hour restyle and staging sessions in your home.

Small Restyle Package

This is a great package for people with a large family home but now want to optimise the layout of their existing furniture and accessories and add some new furniture, accessories and products to make it feel more spacious, comfortable and welcoming. This package includes a 4-hour style review, a personalised restyle report, personalised accessory and product recommendations, shopping support and 4 x 6-hour restyle and staging sessions in your home.

Large Restyle Package

This is a great package for people who want to declutter, organise and refresh it with new paint. This package includes a 4-hour style review, a personalised restyle report, personalised accessory and product recommendations, shopping support, 4 x 6-hour restyle and staging sessions in your home and the management of a 3rd party home decorator.

Restyle & Refresh Package

All of our packages and subscriptions include travel within Cheshire and surrounding areas (up to 20 miles each way from our starting location in Chester), hands-on in-home moving, styling and staging services, email support throughout, and incremental discounts on additional hours if needed.
