We stage occupied homes for sale by minimising clutter, organising your belongings and adjusting your furniture and room layout to make your home feel more welcoming, spacious and move-in ready. We stage using your furniture but also offer our own furniture and accessories for hire. Our objective is to boost your home’s appeal, both online and offline, thereby increasing its attractiveness and ultimately its sale potential. Our Home Staging service is ideal if:

Our process

    Step 1: Home Visit

    We’ll arrange to visit your home so we can assess what needs to change and why in order to maximise your sale potential. We’ll discuss each room in detail and follow up with how many days of work it will take.

    Step 2: Declutter and organise

    We will declutter and organise your belongings to ensure your home looks streamlined, functional and attractive to buyers. We will also arrange storage if your items need to be temporarily stored.

    Step 3: Stage

    We will move and adjust your furniture to maximise space and stage each room ready for the official sales photos. We will also arrange local storage for any items that are distracting or unnecessary.

    Step 4: De-stage

    When your property sells, we will return to remove any furniture and accessories that we have provided or provide you with a price list should you decide to keep these items.
